Any sales, descriptions or photos are used for illustration purposes only and NO copyright infringement is intended. I/We/Us have NO intention to slander the Yankee name, No intention to have a negative impact on their sales volume and NO bad intention of any kind other than to broaden the Knowledge of Yankee and potentially increase their sales volume and customer base and to provide a range of Yankee Products at low prices. The purchase agreement of the amount stated on your invoice in exchange for the products listed on your invoice is a sale agreement between you (The Buyer/Customer) and cheapyankeecandles.com and is NOT associated with any other company or brand. 

All our products are sourced from reputable Yankee Candle resellers at discounted prices and available to you the buyer at minimum mark ups and we thrive to get them to you in perfect condition, However, From time to time an item or product may arrive damaged for one of several reasons beyond our control. Should this occur in the first instance you must email us ryan@cheapyankeecandles.com with your order number and the damage details.


Delivery usually will be provided by Royal Mail or Hermes but may be provided by an alternate courier at any time without notice (Such as UPS, DPD, Private Courier, ParcelForce, Yodel, Or Other), Delivery times advertised are a guide and not a guarantee, Any items that arrive damaged due to damaged outer packaging that is clearly the result of courier error, Is the liability of the courier used to deliver the item and therefor we will not be held responsible for such damage, however we will co operate in providing any necessary evidence to help with your claim. If an item arrives damaged due to poor packing or unfortunate circumstances that are clearly an error on our behalf we will accept 100% liability and refund/replace accordingly (Photo evidence must be provided when requested) (Please Note - Items are photographed during packing and prior to dispatch to ensure quality, safety and consistency). Any items that have been left in an outdoor space as per your (The Customer) request such as, dustbin, shed, garage or other area that isn't handed to yourself directly at your front door as may be instructed to the courier, that later are deemed to be damaged or missing we will not be liable for such. Items damaged in transit sent by Royal Mail we will replace Instantly and initiate a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf, Items sent by Hermes you (The Customer) must initiate a claim with Hermes directly for the value of the goods damaged, (Please note, Hermes may take up to 14 Days to respond to claims made) All orders that are sent with Hermes are initially insured for the value of £20 as standard, However orders over £100 will have insurance to the full value of the order. Items that are lost in transit or do not arrive will be replace ONLY when the courier has confirmed the item has NOT been delivered and this must be at least 14 days after dispatch but before 30 days after dispatch. Once confirmed during the time scale above we will then replace the item ordered or refund at our discretion. 

Descriptions, Images and information regarding certain products on our website is given as a guide only and may differ slightly to the item you receive, May differ in colour, size, packaging, weight, scent, labelling or brand, But we aim to provide as accurate information as possible.


Return items must be in the original condition, unopened and unused and in a resalable state, (PLEASE NOTE) sale items are non refundable and non returnable as these may or may not already have a slight defect, For example, dent, mark, label missing or mis shape. None of which will effect the scent or burning time and thus possibly being the reason for the discounted price, Some items that are not discounted are also non refundable/returnable such as bulk offers and offers that state *LUCKY DIP* or *RANDOM*. Once your return is accepted and received please allow 5-7 working days to receive any refund due or replacement in line with your payment method provider.

This does not effect your statutory rights. 

Our refund/returns policy is 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

New Bundles Items:  Free Delivery Applies To All Bundles & Any Additional Items Purchased On The Same Order. Bundles Will be Changed And Updated Regularly Dependant On Stock Levels And On The Rare Occasion You May Receive a Supplemented Item/Substitute On A Like For Like Basis. Should You Receive Such Substitute And It Not Be To Your Liking, You May Contact Support And Arrange The Return Or Replacement At Buyers Cost For Return Postage. The Replacement Will Be Sent Free Of Charge However. To Prevent This We Will Where Possible Try To Communicate With You To Offer An Alternative Prior To Dispatching Your Order, However This Is Not Always Possible. Further Site T&C's Apply.


We thrive to provide the best service possible and the best products available, However from time to time you may be unhappy with the product or service you have received. If this occurs we first ask you to email us using the email address advertised with your issue and order number, and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our contact information for returns, refunds and complaints is support@cheapyankeecandles.com we aim to reply to all emails within 3 working days. During peak times we may be delayed to 5 working days, However most emails replied to the same day, Where Possible. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a complaint, return or refund we ask that you email us after the decision notifying us you wish to appeal the decision given and why (Remember to include your order number when contacting us), We will then review the decision and information provided within 7 days and contact you with a final resolution. If you are still unhappy with the final resolution you may wish to contact the relevant governing body, such as trading standards or the online retail ombudsman, But we will endeavour to resolve your issue at the first point of contact to a satisfactory matter.
